Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship within the United States. We're not currently able to ship internationally.

How we ship: Orders go out via USPS Ground Advantage, typically arriving 0–5 business days after dispatch depending on your address.

Processing time: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday go out on the next business day.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery address, typically $3–$25. Shipping is free on orders over $100 — use code FREESHIP at checkout.

Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delayed, lost, or damaged: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or arrives damaged, email sue@soupapotamus.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's with USPS, and we can't replace an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
