Warm and creamy, savory and comforting, this soup is flecked with ample bits of spinach and carrots and tastes like something your grandmother would serve you on a cold winter’s day (assuming your grandmother was an expert cook). The directions call for 4+ cups of water – I recommend a full 5 cups because it thickens up very nicely.

This soup was outstanding. Very creamy and filling. The pasta was perfection; the veggies plentiful. Lovely blending of flavors and seasonings. Reminded me of soups I’ve had in very upscale eateries. I actually got 5 hearty servings for this one! Very happy!
