Pasta Fagioli

Enjoy a night in Italy straight from the bag! Hearty Italian soup with plenty of lectin-free protein from a mixed selection of specially-processed organic non-GMO beans grown in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Pairs well with a crusty sourdough and a smoky dry red wine!
Each package makes 4-5 good size servings.

Directions: Pour everything but the pasta into 5 cups of room temperature water, then bring to a simmer at a low boil for 5 minutes. Stir in the pasta at the end and boil for 8 minutes. Enjoy — and come back for more!

Ingredients: Italian wheat pasta, organic dry beans, small farm carrots, celery, peppers, farm-made broth flavor, onion, proprietary spice blend.
