Thick and hearty, and full of soothing flavors, this potato soup hits the spot! I ate mine with a drizzle of hot milk (to thin it a bit) and some Frank’s RedHot, and it was delicious. Follow the directions and start with cold water, then bring it to a boil. If you start with boiling water, the bigger chunks of potato won’t fully rehydrate (ask me how I know). This one is definitely going on my reorder list.
