I’m obsessed! The Ramen and chicken noodle are addicting. It’s way TOO easy to have for a super quick, easy meal. The flavors are perfect. I just toss in some Rotisserie chicken for protein. The smoky sauce is good on everything (eggs, salmon, veggies) and so is the Celtic sea salt.

I get these soups at our local Farmer’s Market here in Corning and absolutely love em! The soups are so easy and super tasty! Our favorite is the Fiesta Enchilada which I thicken with a bit of cheese so we can have it over rice with fresh tortilla chips, it is amazing!

It's hard to find a soup that ticks all of my boxes: low carb, high protein, and vegetarian. Miina's Taco Truck soup has become a staple in my pantry. I can make a big pot in 20 minutes and have an easy and delicious protein boost on hand. Bonus: it also freezes well. 11/10 stars.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that your creamy wild rice soup was so delicious. It was a blessing during our devastation. It was a sense of "home" from your kitchen. The quality was phenomenal. Above all, it was so easy to make and have such an enriched meal with the perfect amount of flavor. My 5 & 7 year old even loved it.
