With the addition of nori seaweed, forbidden black rice ramen and millet/brown rice ramen for increased protein building capability… this vegan and gluten free ramen is amazing with the addition of eggs and seared tofu!
THIS SOUP IS VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE
INGREDIENTS: Organic Forbidden Rice, millet, brown rice, small farm carrots, spinach, proprietary anti-inflammatory spice blend, sesame seeds, Nori seaweed and toganashi pepper.
DIRECTIONS: Makes approx. 3 servings. Add all of bag except ramen cakes to 4 cups of water, heat to a low boil, add ramen and boil gently for 5 minutes.
For added protein poach eggs in broth and add baked tofu if desired. BREATHE!

Several classes above standard Ramen you get elsewhere. Chock full of veggies and tender noodles, the broth has a sophisticated taste with a little surprise kick to it that I found delightful.
